Born into a family of restaurateurs in Paris, Jean-Luc has always had a passion for all things dining-related. He moved to London at a young age to leverage on the dynamic and open-minded F&B scene there, where he polished his skills at such illustrious establishments as Quaglinos, Clos Maggiore’s and Savoy.

Always looking to develop himself both personally and career-wise, Jean-Luc exposed himself to as many aspects of a restaurant’s operations as possible from event management to service optimization. He even organized overseas weddings, one of which was in Singapore.

After experiencing the dynamism and vibrancy of the Singapore market, Jean-Luc then made the decision to move where he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at The Privé Group.

Under his leadership and strategic planning, the Group has grown from strength to strength and is now one of the leading F&B operators in Singapore.
